Shahnawaz Ahmad
Shahnawaz Ahmad is a graduate of the University of Delhi and an experienced recruitment professional with over 12 years of expertise in overseas manpower recruitment.
He began his recruitment career in 2014 with one of Delhi's established overseas recruitment agencies, where he gained extensive experience in international hiring, employer coordination, candidate sourcing, visa documentation, and overseas deployment.
After serving the industry for nearly a decade, he founded Zavian Overseas Recruitment Services OPC Pvt. Ltd. in 2024 with the vision of delivering transparent, ethical, and efficient recruitment services to global employers.
His strong understanding of Gulf labor markets, recruitment strategies, and immigration procedures has helped build lasting relationships with employers and candidates alike.
